1 - Back Up
Backing up is an extremely important capability that enables users to backup every parameter of every device on their network to a PC, providing a snapshot of the system at that moment in time. Users can make use of this snapshot in future when adding additional units to ensure the correct parameters are set. Also offers operations peace of mind.
2 - Restore
The restore function enables customers to copy their device settings from a PC to the modules. This capability can be considered as being the opposite of back up, however it is much more powerful than that. Users can store multiple back ups to allow restore to previous roll back settings. This is especially useful in studio and OB truck applications where quick re-configuration of hardware is essential in order to meet the demands of different program genres. 3 - Cloning
Centra RollMechanic V2’s advanced cloning facilities are ideal when initially setting up a system. This capability enables a user to set the parameters on a module and batch copy across similar modules within the network, for example when setting up system frame syncs.
