Snell Value Awards
We truly value the work and effort our staff put into the business, and to show this appreciation, we have implemented the Snell Value Awards scheme. The scheme rewards anyone in the business that, in the eyes of their colleagues, have gone above and beyond their normal duties to demonstrate the Snell values outlined at the bottom of this page.
Charity and social
We have an exciting and active charity and social calendar, which is open for all Snell employees to enjoy.
We host a variety of fundraising events for our annually nominated charity (this year Oakley’s Walking Fund on behalf of Tree of Hope), in addition to other events such as Children in Need and Red Nose Day.
Cake sales, bring & buy sales and raffles, make a regular appearance at many of our Snell offices, and we are open to any further ideas from staff wishing to help with our fundraising events.
Since establishing the introduction of our corporate charity two years ago, we aim to organise one big charity event each year. Last year, staff took part in a fundraising cycle ride, hike or run, and this year, have the option of taking part in a triathlon at Dorney Lake, Windsor or walking a half marathon at Great Windsor Park. This takes place during the summer and is a great opportunity for staff to enjoy some time together outside of work, whilst raising money and supporting great causes.
